Room temperature

This post for Beff's benefit. With the old $oil$ $furnace$, we kept the heat at 65, since the thermostat was analog. It looked like 65, anyway.

With the new gas furnace, we got a digital thermostat and I programmed it to mimic the oil thermostat, with daytime temps at 65. It's now felt strangely cold, especially upstairs, during the day, since the heat isn't in zones. When the dining room is 65, the furnace goes off, whether or not the rooms upstairs are heated, or if their radiators even went on. And it was such a pain to program the thermostat to begin with, I've not screwed in the courage to fix it.

So yesterday, finally, I fixed it. It's now room temperature in every room.
